Fantastic world-class place, it has good location close to eateries as well as the close-by main shopping center. The breakfast is savoury and tasty, appreciated its service. The service is welcoming, includes secure parking.

very friendly staff , room was excellent and the food was good.

the address given isnt accurate .. took a while to find .. even when driven by a local.. as it was on a side road not the main road given as the address.

Quite and very nice breakfast!

I love the full-service, hearty breakfast that is offered for travelers. Also, the value for the room and meal was quite reasonable. I definitely would stay again, since traveling from the U.S. is quite arduous and I need to rest up the first night in SA. I also like the easy transport via the hotel shuttle; that was a great service.

The location is quite convinient for the airport especially with an efficiently running shuttle service.

I did not like the way the waiters served me in the restaurant,it looked to me very racist.You can call it a complaint but this is what i did not like about your hotel!They watched me and my wife walk in and told us to sit where ever we liked.We were the only two in the restaurant at that moment and we passed three waiters manning the entrance.no body followed up to enquire about anything we wanted ;we had to gather everything from salt, napkins and all.we had to ask where we cld find some tea.Moments later three white couples also walked into the restaurant.It was painful to realise the contrast between how they were treated and what we were going through.All of the waiters that had earlier on been armfolding while me and my wife walked in

Not v good selection of food for dinner - my husband is vegetarian.Limited choice but nicely cooked - perhaps a soup? Long wait for shuttle at airport.

The staff were friendly and the shuttle service was efficient! The cleanliness of the room.

I appreciated the interior decoration, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The variety was applaudable.

Cleaners took too long to removed used crockery (outside rooms) etc in passages. Waiters were a little bit quick in removing plates and glases from the table during breakfast - I wasn't finished, went to get something from the buffet and it were already taken.

Quick pick up - location to where I was working.

Every time I stay on the second day the room key does not work --so you have to go back to reception and get it fixed -- it then works for another day - then the same thing happens. Having to get a daily internet password is also a pain - why cannot you fix one for the period of the stay

Courtesy bus was on schedule and breakfast was reasonable. Shower was also o/k

Old and tired. Certainly does not deserve its 4 star rating, 2.5 more like. Ideal for the low budget traveller. Being asked to pay up front and sign a document at checkin was at the least unprofessional. Air conditioning was terrible. Sorry, this ones not for me.
