Half amazing, half disappointing

The staff were incredibly friendly and the shuttle service was efficient! ! The cleanliness of the room made my overnight stay comfortable.

Sadly, the breakfast was subpar with tasteless food, and I experienced a frustrating hour-long wait for the shuttle despite providing flight details.

Easy access to the airport with a complimentary shuttle that takes about 15 minutes. Comfortable rooms designed for a decent stay, featuring a safe, a work desk, and both a bathtub and standing shower in the bathroom.

The hotel is situated directly under the flight path, with noticeable noise that might bother light sleepers, despite noise-proofing. Additionally, there were issues with early check-in. while I managed to get a room before the official time, it felt like a gamble. Some guests experienced disturbances due to noisy parties, which affected sleep quality, presenting a downside if you wish for a quiet environment.

We also made a trip to Zoo Lake, where we strolled the scenic shores and took a colorful boat ride with my girlfriend, which was a delightful experience.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom supplies could be improved for families with children.

The spacious room featured excellent air conditioning, a necessity during my stay on one of Johannesburg's hottest days.
